Rental Policies

Atlantic Corporate Suites Rental Policies

Atlantic Corporate Suites offers fully furnished, all-inclusive apartment and condo rentals for both short term and long term stays in the Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford/Clayton Park areas. The following types of rentals are available to suit the needs of all our guests.

  • Monthly furnished apartments
  • Holiday executive rentals

Please note the following policies when making a reservation:

  • Rates vary according to length of stay, location, building amenities etc.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • Guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a suite
  • Seasonal discounts may be available
  • Some units may have discounts for annual rentals
  • 25% deposit required to book a suite
  • All suites are non-smoking and smoking is strictly prohibited (including all forms of inhalents). A damage fee will be charged if smoking is detected. In addition, recreational or medicinal marijuana is prohibited and may not be grown or consumed on the premises by the tenant(s) and/or guest(s).
  • 14 days notice (minimum) is required to cancel a reservation. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Pets are not permitted in most suites however we do have a limited number of suites that do accept pets. A pet sanitation fee may apply. Please inquire directly.

Checking In & Checking Out:

Atlantic Corporate Suites provides clean, comfortable and secure suites for our guests. Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you check-in information including how to pick up your suite keys, parking information and general information regarding the suite.

To ensure the suite is ready for your arrival, we have the following standard check in and check out times.

Check-in/arrival time:  4:00pm

Check-out/departure time: 10:00am

Requests for early arrivals and/or late departures may be accommodated based on availability. Should you require an early arrival or late departure, please contact us.
